Our shared work grew out of years of personal practice, professional training and lived experience navigating intimacy, rupture, repair and growth together. Rather than separating “personal” and “professional,” we bring our full presence into the work, grounded, regulated and human.

We believe with our whole hearts in the power of healing and growth. Our devotion lies in supporting you in releasing mental and emotional experiences that have not yet been processed and have settled in the body. We understand how personal and vulnerable this process can be. That is why we offer a safe and grounded container - held with compassion, care and genuine presence.
